In case of dissatisfaction with the course, you have the liberty to cancel the course and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:

All our courses have a 7-day refund policy, from date of purchase. At any point within these 7 days, write to support@stockode.com to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business working days.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

1. The service or course material must not have been fully utilized or completed.

2. Refund requests must include proof of purchase and a valid reason for dissatisfaction.

3. Any bonuses, downloadable materials, or additional resources provided with the service must not have been accessed or downloaded.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

1. Services or materials that have been fully accessed or utilized.

2. Customized or one-on-one training sessions that have already been conducted.

3. Subscription-based services after the initial 7-day period.
